Take 5 Oil Change

Take 5? More like take 75 . . . When we arrived, there were three cars ahead of us. It took a whole hour before our car made it to the bay. Once we got to the bay, service took about 15 minutes. We brought our own oil and filter and service cost $58, which seemed pretty steep, considering we brought our own supplies and did not receive any other services beyond the basic oil change. They also did not honor the $25 coupon - apparently the coupon is only valid if you use their oil/filer (this is not listed anywhere online). Workers were friendly.

The staff was friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality, and they explained everything clearly without any pressure. If you're looking for a fast, convenient, and professional oil change, I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I swung by the Take 5 on Hickory St today for an oil change, and KJ and Randal completely knocked it out of the park. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and walked me through everything clearly without being pushy about upselling, which I really appreciate. You can tell they actually care about doing a great job and treating people right. I was in and out in no time. If you need a quick oil change in Frisco, this is absolutely the spot to go to. Thanks, KJ and Randal!

I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change #429 in Frisco. when I went in for an emissions test on my car this morning. Special thanks to Jason Shackelford, the inspector, Clayton, the lead tech, and Michael, the assistant manager, for their excellent service. The team did an outstanding job—everything was quick and efficient. The customer service was top-notch; everyone was courteous, friendly, and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the visit. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change for anyone needing an emissions test or other car services!
